What Is The Stator of High Shear Emulsifying Machine?

Round hole

If the grain of phases is big, it would be better for the homogenizer manufacturers to choose the round hole. The holes allow the big grains to make through and dissolve them quickly. Thus, round hole stator is often used in the dissolve of large grain. Besides, the round holes are also suitable for the phase with high viscosity.



Considered as one of the most flattering types among manufacturers, the claw type allows the phase to be fully emulsified. Just as its name shows, the claw stator comes with claw structure. Not only can the claw stator “absorb” the phase bi-directionally at the reaction kettle, but also it can avoid the phase to enter the dead angle. Impeding the phase stay at the dead angle of reaction kettle, the liquid phase will be emulsified completely. Thus, the claw type can improve the work efficiency.



Distinguished from the other 3 stators, the shear rate of mesh stator is the maximum. Thus, it is widely used in the emulsification of low viscosity phase. The emulsion is more highly appreciated. The mesh stator is featuring in its dense holes. The dense holes allow the mixer to dissolve and emulsify the phase nicely. It is widely used in the phase with small grain.
