Even though this machine is made in 304 or 316 stainless steel, it still need correct ways to clean the machine so that could extend its service life.
High shear emulsifying machine is widely applied to industrial field, like cosmetic, food, chemical, pharmacy and so on. The products in each field require precised data, serious operation and safe clean principle. Then how to make the machine clean and safe becomes a concerning topic.
Tip 1 Soaking and Saturating
Not only the machine but the bottle container which used to mix materials needs clean. The materials will definitely more or less stick to the container or the machine. Soaking and saturating is a good way to remove all the adhesive materials.
Taking advantages of chemical reaction, we could put the machine emulsifying head into sodium hydroxide solution that could dissolve adhesive materials as well as sterilize. Time of soaking has quite huge influence on cleaning, and it needs you yourself to control. But we have to pay attention that the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution should not more than 5%, and that the temperature should be well controlled between 65°C to 75°C, or the bottle container and machine will be damaged or corroded.
Tip 2 Brushing and Scrubing
It is the most direct and easiest way to wipe off adhesive materials and also obtains a good cleaning effect. Even though it is very easy to handle, some problems also occur. ①As a hand control way, it is not a continuous method to clean. ②The materials will also contaminate brush. ③Broken bottle container will clip the brush fur, which directly damage the brush and possibly pollute other materials. ④Frequently necessary change a new brush for the sake of sanitation and safety.
Tip 3 Sonicleaning
With advanced technology, sonicleaning has become an effective way to clean the container and machine. Especially aiming at some machines need serious and thorough cleaning, soaking can not meet the requirement of cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaners adopts the theory that machine vibration will generate ultrasonic combining the effect of chemical reaction, then achieve the purpose of cleaning and polishing.
Tip 4 Jetting and Spraying
Considering chemical reaction between adhesive materials and detergent, we could spray detergent inside and outside of machine in order to achieve the effect of cleaning. But if use too much detergent, bubbles of detergent will become an obstruction. In such cases, we need defoamer to eliminate bubbles.
